U.S. Navy Adm. Kurt W. Tidd, commander of U.S. Southern Command (SOUTHCOM), and a delegation of senior U.S. government officials were in Cartagena on June 24th to participate in a minister-level dialogue on defense and security in Central America’s Northern Triangle.
