Air Forces of Colombia, Brazil, Peru, US Undertake Joint Exercise

Colombian Air Force-sponsored multinational exercise Ángel de los Andes II brought together more than 400 military, rescue, and medical personnel, as well as 21 aircraft, from the air forces of 12 nations to the highlands of Colombia, September 3-14, 2018. The exercise, in its second edition, seeks to strengthen interoperability among participants to save lives in humanitarian and natural disaster rescue missions and search and rescue in combat operations through mock situations.
