Javier Antonio Calle Serna, considered the leader of the ‘Los Rastrojos’ [The Stubble] drug-trafficking organization, has turned himself in to agents of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), Colombian media and a source at that country’s Public Prosecutor’s Office announced on April 17.
