A Salvadoran, Héctor Antonio Martínez, thirty-two years old, pleaded guilty on 11 May to attempting to sell arms to the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), a guerrilla group, and to transporting explosives, the U.S. Department of Justice announced.
