During a scheduled flight from Haiti to Manaus to meet his newborn granddaughter, Brazilian Army Lieutenant General José Luiz Jaborandy Júnior suffered a massive heart attack that took his life. As a posthumous tribute to him, Diálogo is re-publishing an interview he granted us in his role as Force Commander of the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH) in recent months.

There are two main types of drugs circulating Paraguayan territory: marijuana, which is produced locally, and cocaine, which is in transit to other countries.
