Quito, 12 May (EFE). - Ecuadorian antidrug police seized over 17 tons of cocaine hidden in a ship flying a Spanish flag in the port of Guayaquil, a city in the southwest of the country, and arrested three Ecuadorian citizens and two Russians, the institution told Efe today.
