On March 4, the Nicaraguan Police disrupted a cell that provided support to drug trafficking led by Mexican national José Torres Chaperón, who remains a fugitive after 26 out of his 42 members were arrested, in addition to 63 properties and 59 land and water vehicles that were also seized.
