A documentary about this past summer's Fuerzas Comando special forces competition and exercise will air on November 25 on Univision. The competition was held in Colombia and included troops from the United States, and 20 Western Hemisphere nations. The documentary focuses on the intensity of the annual competition, the unique Special Forces skill sets, and the tight-knit camaraderie between the region's brotherhood of elite warriors.

Paraiso Pictures, which also produced "Inside: FARC Hostage Rescue" for National Geographic, has worked closely with U.S. Special Operations Command South during the past two years to produce the film. For the past nine years, U.S. Southern Command has sponsored Fuerzas Comando, which promotes military-to-military relationships, increased interoperability and improved regional security.

Special Operations Command South serves as the lead U.S. Military organization that coordinates the competition. Check out a preview of the film at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=192KRMjbUdI&feature=relmfu.

I'M WATCHING SPECIAL FORCES ON UNIVISION. IT IS A SHAME THEY ONLY NAME THREE OR FOUR COUNTRIES THAT AREN'T EVEN AT THE TOP. I SEE THAT URUGUAY WITH 3 MILLION INHABITANTS IS FIGHTING THIRD AND FOURTH PLACE, AND FOR MORE THAN HALF AN HOUR THEY HAVE NOT NOMINATED IT AS IT DESERVES. I WONDER WHY IT IS... Just wondering if this show really aired on November 25th? And can you please tell me what time it aired?

Thank you!
