WHINSEC Joint Logistics Course, a Logistics Brotherhood

The Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation (WHINSEC) concluded its first Joint Logistics and Security Assistance (JLSAC) course of 2024 with great success. International officers from Ecuador, Honduras, Panama, and Paraguay, graduated from the Institute after completing their academic requirements, and learning about joint logistics operations, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and procurement processes, among other topics.
