Throughout May, U.S. Air Forces Southern (AFSOUTH) and Panama’s National Air and Naval Service (SENAN) showcased their strong partnership and commitment with several engagements. These included two visits to SENAN headquarters in Panama Pacifico: an early May Air-to-Air meeting followed by a visit from AFSOUTH commander, Major General David Mineau, later in the month. These engagements underscore U.S. Southern Command’s (SOUTHCOM) dedication to its Panamanian partners, as AFSOUTH and SENAN work to expand their collaboration and security efforts, ultimately strengthening collective capability and skills.
